Newly installed high performing  ATAG iC 27kW Economiser combination boiler.  This boiler has a device which recycles lost heat from flue gasses and can save money on your hot water bill - currently the most energy efficient combination boiler in Europe!
Complete with a Programmable Room Thermostat:  ATAG “One” with weather compensation feature.

Fitted with a Spirotech central heating dirt separator & air remover.  The combined filter system continuously removes dirt particles and air from the central heating system. This is important for ongoing maintenance of your heating system, as even the smallest particles and air can cause future problems in an installation.

Expansion and temperature pressure relief valves not connected to a discharge pipe. Expansion vessel tossed in the loft. After our intervention the happy client now has a hot water & heating system which is fully functioning & compliant to current regulations
