A gas safety check involves us inspecting your gas appliances to ensure they are operating safely.
If you are a landlord you must have gas safety check carried out annually by a gas safe registered engineer and provide your tenant with a copy of the certificate.

Our boiler annual check will ensure your boiler is operating safely and highlight any potential faults
As well as the checks performed for a Gas safety check, a general visual check and assessment will be carried out
Full boiler service
Our Full boiler service includes all checks as performed for the boiler annual check
In addition the boiler is stripped down and removable components are cleaned and seals are replaced if needed
Whilst a gas safety check assesses the basic safety of a gas appliance, our full service will consist of a full check of the boiler and we will take it apart to inspect it. Consider a gas safety check being like an MOT for your car and a full boiler service being like a car service.
Servicing your gas appliances regularly will make sure they are safe to use. It will also maintain your appliances efficiency and performance. Manufacturers recommend servicing once a year. Try to Arrange your Boiler Service in the Summer Months, when you don't need the heating on and before the busy Autumn season.
A Gas Safety check or boiler service can only be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered engineer - make sure you check your engineer is registered with Gas Safe
